Character Generation Guidelines

  1. Standard Character Gen guidelines per the V20 Core Rulebook apply with the following exceptions
    1. 21 Freebie points instead of the book's 15.
    2. Flaw max is increased to 14 instead of the book's 7 additional Freebie Points 
    3. Any of the 13 Clans are allowed.  Bloodlines will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
    4. If it comes from a V20 or Revised Edition sourcebook, it will most likely be allowed.
      1. Except for the Age background - That one's off-limits.
      2. Generation will be determined via die roll.  
    5. There will be additional 'freebies' given by the Dice Gods. 
      1. Roll the following and send me your results:
        1. 2d20
        2. 1d4
        3. 1d8
        4. 1d6
    6. Additional bonuses will be awarded based on their written background story.  
      1. The more detailed, the better rewards
      2. Influence will be a system used in the game and can be initially awarded via background story development.
  2. Please have a backup character ready...
