After Visiting the Crazy Lady

Henry will place the box on the table beside Emery.

The woman will look at the box knowingly. "A serious offer, I shall be generous with our first bargain then. What rune, and what do you want to know about it."

Henry places the parchment beside the box.  

"This is the rune.  We need to know anything and everything we can about it."

Henry makes it a point to not look around much except to just maintain awareness of his surroundings.  He does not want to give Emery the impression he's casing her joint.

Emery will collect the parchment and study it carefully with a frown before looking back up at you. "This is very dark work Henry, the kind which should be forgotten." She will collect the box with the ring inside and slip it into her pocket. "I must insist on more information before I tell you anything more. First, who is 'we', second for what purpose due you need to know, and finally, why does it interest Virag?"

Henry will prepare to give her the information she's requesting.

"'We', for right now, consists of Virag and myself.  Depending on what we think we can share safely with a select few others will depend on what information gets unearthed.  Others can be given vague glossing overs and no details hopefully.  As for why, there's a group of cultists worshiping some old-ass Lunatic and they're trying to raise him from a VERY long slumber.  Like before the fall of Rome long nap.  This rune is one of many runes that make up their brand/tattoo/logo/whatever.  Virag has been making efforts towards breaking it down into its baser parts.  This is just the latest piece he's unearthed.  He told me that you were the most learned individual regarding this subject matter and that I should seek you out for guidance and information."
